Conference Proceedings

We are pleased to invite all presenters to submit a paper based on their presentation for inclusion in the official conference proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity to document and share your research with a wider academic audience.

We welcome submissions that contribute to scholarly discourse and professional practice. While empirical research is not the primary focus, we encourage the submission of:

• Literature reviews
• Theoretical papers
• Case studies
• Conceptual analyses

Submission Guidelines
• Papers should be 1000-1500 words, excluding references, and must adhere to the APA 7th edition formatting and citation guidelines.
• Papers must be written in English.
• The final paper should follow the general structure of Abstract, Introduction, Framework or Theoretical Perspective (if applicable), Methodology (if applicable), Result (if applicable), Approach or Case Context (if applicable), Analysis or Discussion (if applicable), Conclusions and Implications, AI Acknowledgement, and References. Authors must use the attached template to ensure consistency in formatting.
• Submissions must be based on your conference presentation, adhere to academic integrity standards, and not rely on generative AI for wholesale composition.

Digital Archiving
Each published paper will be assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to ensure easy citation and indexation. Additionally, all papers will be digitally archived on Zenodo.

Full Paper Reviewing Process:
• All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review and must meet standards of originality and academic excellence.
• Editors may reject submissions outright if they are outside the conference’s scope or fail to meet quality standards.
• Suitable articles are reviewed by two field experts, who classify them as publishable, publishable with revisions, or not publishable.
• Reviewers provide recommendations and feedback, which are shared with the author.
• The submitting author must obtain approval from all co-authors and is responsible for the manuscript throughout submission and review.
• The publisher does not provide compensation for submissions and assumes no legal responsibility for related claims.

Academic Ethics
Manuscripts submitted to the conference must present original, unpublished research and adhere to ethical academic standards. Any instance of plagiarism or undue reliance on generative AI will result in the immediate rejection of the submission.
