James Andrews
I have been involved in distance learning for more than 25 years, facilitated and implemented strategic planning initiatives focused on distance learning, developed policy with academic departments to deliver distance courses and programs; served on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Distance Education Advisory Committee developing Distance Education policy for the State of Texas. I completed my Ph.D. from Texas State University. Upon joining West Texas A&M University I served on the Texas A&M University System’s Council for Academic Technology and Innovative Education (CATIE) Executive Committee as chair of Task Force on State Authorization until 2017. Currently I live in Plainview, Texas.
